Adding Pages To Current U.S. Passports

Persons wishing to add pages to their current U.S. passport should bring a completed FORM DS-4085: U.S. Passport Amendment/Validation Application

For minors under the age of 16, parents must comply with the two-parent consent requirement by signing the DS-4085 form in the presence of a consular officer. Parents also need to bring the following items to the ACS section:
and their current U.S. passport to the U.S. Consulate General Dubai during American Citizen Services hours, Sunday through Thursday, 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. The U.S. Consulate General Consular Section will then add pages either same-day or overnight. Adding pages is a no-fee service.

  • The child’s current passport
  • The child's birth certificate
  • Each parent's or guardian's passport or other government-issued photo identification.

Children aged 16 and above can sign their own application forms, and personal appearances by the parents are not required.
